OUR PROCESS

Tour the Space (Optional)
We’d love to show you around, but touring is completely optional, many of our clients book right away once they’ve seen our photos and details.

Secure Your Date
We’ll send you an invoice and our contract. Simply review, sign, and you’re on your way.

Reserve with a Deposit
A 50% deposit locks in your date and ensures the space is yours for our Kings Court Room. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event, giving you plenty of time to focus on planning the perfect day.

For our Bethel Ballroom we do offer flexible payment schedules to make planning as stress-free as possible.We offer a flexible 3-installment payment plan designed to make budgeting easier:

  • 35% to reserve your date

  • 35% due halfway to your event

  • 30% due 20 days before your event

Our Payment & Rescheduling Policy
All payments made to The Blank Canvas Space are non-refundable. However, we allow a one-time reschedule of your booking, subject to availability. Please note that events scheduled on public holidays may incur an additional fee.

No Surprises, Just Clarity
We keep things simple: no hidden charges, no service fees, and taxes are already included. The only additional item you might see on your invoice is a 3% processing fee, which is waived when you pay by cash or bank transfer like zelle.

Holiday Premium Date Pricing Notice

Please note that select calendar dates such as 4th of July, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve are considered premium holiday dates due to their once-a-year demand and the extended operational requirements associated with them.

Because these dates are fixed celebrations that cannot be replicated on alternate days, they carry a special event rate that differs from our standard weekday or weekend pricing.

Holiday Premium Dates include:

• New Year’s Eve

• Christmas Day

• Boxing Day

• Independence Day (4th of July)

Bookings on these dates require:

• Exclusive venue access

• Extended staffing availability

• Holiday scheduling accommodations

As a result, adjusted pricing applies. We are happy to provide a custom quote for your event based on your needs and event details.
