The Kings Court seats up to 120 guests with tables and chairs and 200 with no tables.
The Bethel Ballroom seats up to 250 - 300 guests with tables and chairs and 500 with no tables

The venue rental is from 10:00AM – Midnight. Additional hours start at $450 per extra hour

Yes we do! We offer a few rental items from table cloth to charger plates to floral center pieces candles to candelabras. These rentals are to make your planning process simpler, however they are optional.

Yes you can but only a licensed bartender with a valid TABC certification is permitted to serve. Selling isNOT allowed

Yes you can. Please ensure you hire a professional not just someone who you’ve tasted their meal before. We will hold you responsible for any damages to the kitchentte if incured by them.

We require a 50% deposit that is NON REFUNDABLE but can be transfered and can be used at a later date [ONCE] if available. All dates are first come, first served. Your date will not be officially reserved until we receive your booking fee payment and signed contract. We are unable to hold dates otherwise.

You may use candles if they are contained in a glass enclosure that is tall enough not to expose the open flame. Tapered candles are not allowed. You will be charged for any damage caused by candles.

No. Smoking is not allowed on the grounds of the event venue. Smoking cigars or cigarettes inside or outside is not permitted. You will be charged a $500 cleaning fee for smoking inside .

Unfortunately, No. Please refrain from dropping your decor off early or picking up the day after as it may get in the way of another event (especially large decor pieces, props or furniture). This is to ensure the safety of your personal items. We have limited storage areas. Please plan accordingly. You may drop off decor or furniture once your rental period begins.

Yes we have a parking lot at the front (28 cars), parking at the back (30 cars), street parking by the building (30-50 cars) and parking next door inside Sherwin Williams (80 cars).
Rule of thumb - One car is often 2 - 4 guests. A party of 100 is usually 50-60 cars. A party of 200 is usually 100-120 cars

We’ve patnered with wonderful valet service to give the best prices possible. Valet adds a touch of elegance to your event so it’s a yes for us but optional

We are responsible for cleaning. You will need to take home everything brought in with you at the end of your rental period. Your vendors must arrange for pickup during your breakdown time of any rental items, decor, etc.

Yes! The Blank Canvas Space is designed so you can model your event how you best see fit. You are welcome to bring in rental furniture but please ensure furniture will be picked up at the end of your event.
